Shannon has been teaching with LADC for the past five years after spending 10 years in the public schools working with ECFE / School Readiness programs.  She has a MA in Early Childhood Education from Concordia University and BAS-UMD Speech/Language Development.

Shannon is married with two young girls. She enjoys working with horses, scrap-booking, skiing and exercise. 

Julie has worked for LADC for 8 years in several capacities. She is an assistant teacher and she travels to many of our locations as "Miss Merry Music Maker" each month for special music sessions. Julie loves to sing Christian songs with preprimary children!

Julie has three grown daughters and one granddaughter. She loves being a grandma! Julie and her husband live in White Bear Lake.

Brittany graduated from Northwestern College with Elementary Ed/Pre-Primary and Bible Studies degrees. She loves spending time with children of all ages!

Brittany lives in St. Paul and is very involved with her church. She loves to sing, read, spend time with friends, shop and run in her spare time.

Cindy has been teaching in the education field for more than twenty years, the past five with LADC. Cindy has a BA from Concordia University in Christian Education and Early Childhood.

Cindy enjoys being involved in different social organizations, shopping, sailing and horseback riding.

Hannah is a graduate from Northwestern College, with her license in preprimary education. Hannah loves to challenge children with brand-new ideas and watch them grow throughout the year!

Hannah loves spending time with her friends and traveling to see her family.

Jill graduated from the University of Wisconsin- River Falls. She loves working with children and has been with LADC for two years.

Jill grew up in White Bear Lake with her parents and sister, who is also a teacher. She enjoys shopping, reality TV, traveling and spending time with friends.

Amy has been working with LADC for four years in the Families First and Terrific Twos programs. She has been teaching for twenty years, married for 25 and has two daughters, ten and twenty years old.

Amy enjoys being involved with her daughter's dance live, traveling and attending shows.

Julie graduated from the College of St. Catherine. She has taught with LADC for six years with Families First and Terrific Twos.

Julie is married and the mother of two boys, ages 16 and 13. (They attended LADC as preschoolers!) Julie is an animal lover (dog, Sadie and race-horse, Humble). She enjoys golf, cooking and attending her boy's sports events.

Maria has a BS Nursing Degree, with psychology. She worked at the U of MN Hospital Rehabilitation center for many years. Maria has taken the short call teacher's license for the past five years.

Maria is married with three children. She enjoys watching her kids' sporting events, gardening, painting and reading.

"Super Pickle" lives with Ms. Maria!

Michele has a degree in Community Health Education and a Nursing degree. She has always been driven to share information with others to help make their lives better. Michele joined the LADC staff after her two children attended LADC!

Michele and her husband live with their girls in White Bear Township. They enjoy spending weekends at their cabin in Northern Wisconsin where they participate in many outdoor and water activities.
