Janet created LADC 10 years ago to give families a high-quality Christian-based option. She serves as a non-voting member on the Board of Directors and oversees the teaching staff and licensing guidelines for each LADC site. Janet has been in early-childhood education for over twenty-five years. She carries licensures in Early Childhood, Secondary Family Life Science and Parent Education.  Janet is passionate about high-quality Christian education being available to all families!

Janet and her husband live in Mahtomedi and have four daughters. She enjoys spending time with family and friends at their cabin, golfing and gardening.

Lisa is a graduate of Concordia College, Moorhead. She has a background in camp ministry, children & family congregational ministry, music and art. Lisa taught with LADC for six years and has been the program's Office Administrator for the past three years.

Lisa is married with two young children and lives in White Bear Lake. She and her husband, Keith, are active members of Redeemer and enjoy outdoor activities.
